On-site Emergency Child Care
To help balance the demands of a professional career with parenting, Sullivan & Cromwell provides on-site back-up emergency child care through Bright Horizons at 125 Broad Street. This program is available to full-time members of the support staff as well as part-time staff who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Individual Assistance Program
From time to time, staff encounter personal problems that can affect their job performance and/or well being. To help staff and their families cope with difficulties, the Firm has engaged the services of Corporate Counseling Associates (CCA) an independent consulting firm offering a Work/Life Assistance Program.
Health Club Memberships
Discounted health club memberships are available at New York Sports Clubs via payroll deductions.
These benefits vary by office and are subject to change by the Firm.
