Mr. Baumgardner will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s Investment Management Institute 2010. He will moderate the panel “Changing Landscape of Private Funds,” that will address issues such as the reemergence of insider trading as a major concern, valuation and how to deal with greater compliance responsibilities.
