The $4.14 billion Dolphin Energy refinancing, a transaction in which S&C worked as lenders/underwriters counsel, won the Oil & Gas Deal of the Year award at Infrastructure Journal's annual awards dinner in London. The Dolphin gas pipeline refinancing was the Middle East's largest cross-border gas financing project and also signaled the re-opening of the project bond market for the region.
